This is a basic tea that is easy to make. The Native Americans used it during the winters and helped the English Settlers survive by sharing this secret. Go out to a pine tree and cut a few sprigs off, as a rule of thumb, a small handfull will make about a cup. After you take the sprigs off of the tree cut the bottom brown peices off that were attached to the limb. Add the pine needles to the already boiled water (remove from the heat) and let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes. Add Sugar and Enjoy!
