I’d forgotten how bad chiggers/red bugs and tic bites itched. As a kid I scratched until I bled. I’d not been back long when my wife picked up a few different bug bite itch stopping remedies. The one that worked best, that I tried, sells for about 3.50 for 0.5 oz. The active ingredient is 3.5% Ammonia and comes in a handy little portable container. You can buy ½ gallon of Clear Ammonia (all purpose cleaner) at the grocery store for about 2.00. That equals to 128 tubes of AfterBite for 1.50 less than one tube. Works just the same!
