Take about 1/4 cup Vodka and 1/2 capful of baby shampoo and put in a bottle or jar with a lid. You can sit your ring in for a few minutes while doing make-up or whatever. (I just wouldn't leave overnight) Take out and clean with a soft brush. You'll be amazed! Mine are 8 years old, and are as pretty as brand new.Rinse and dry.
