Mush
Ingredients:
1 qt. water
1 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup flour or less
3/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Mix cornmeal
flour together. Set aside. Put water in saucepan to heat.
Sprinkle cornmeal in water stiring
constantly to boiling.
Turn down heat
to simmer 1/2 to 1 hr. stiring often.
May be eaten while warm with milk and
molasses.
Also, may be put in pan to
set overnight in refrig. Then it can
be sliced in 1/2 in. pieces and fried.
um um, good.
