2 eggs, 2/3 c crisco oil, 3/4 c sugar, 2 c self rising flour, 2 tsp vanilla
Beat eggs and add oil , vanilla, sugar and flour. I refrigerate until chilled. Drop by teaspoonful 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Lift off with spatula.
