Wigleys Corned Beef Cooking Instructions
Ingredients:
Corned beef is already seasond in brine.However, if your beef is not already seasond do so. How to cook the corned beef .
Place meat in a pot of boiling water. Make sure there is plenty of water to cover beef. cover with a lid,Turn heat down to simmer and cook approximately 3 - 3 1/2 hours or until fork tender. remove pot when done and let stand in the same water 15 minutes before slicing.Always slice thinly across the grain.

Cook corned beef as above for 3 hours,than add carrots,and potatoes. cover and cook 20 minutes. Add cabbage and continue cooking 10-15 minutes.
