Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
2 cups granulated sugar
5-6 large beaten eggs
1 cup milk
1 can evaporated milk
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 cups raisins
4 cups crumbled up old biscuits
1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
1/2 stick softened butter
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a
9X13 cake pan.
Crumble biscuits in a large bowl, and set aside.
Mix together granulated sugar, eggs, and both milks in a bowl; add vanilla, cinnamon and raisins.
Pour over biscuits, stirring well, and then pour bread misture into prepared cake pan.
In a small bowl, mix and crumble together brown sugar, butter, and pecans.
Sprinkle brown sugar mixture over the top of your bread mixture, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until set. Remove from oven
