1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 tablespoons butter
8 cups water
4 teaspoons instant chicken bouillon
granules or 4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 packages chicken flavored ramen noodles with seasoning packets
1 cup egg beaters
In large saucepan, cook celery and green onions in butter over medium heat until tender. Stir in water and bouillon. Bring to a boil.
Break dried noodles into pieces. Stir noodles and contents of ramen seasoning packets into boiling mixture.
Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally to beak noodles apart.
Slowly add egg product to boiling mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir for 1 minute more.
