1 pan cooked cornbread, 2 cans (drained) pinto beans, 1 can chopped tomatoes (drained),1 cup chopped onion (green onion is great), 1 cup chopped bell pepper, 1 cup chopped dill pickle, 3 cups Miracle Whip, 1 cup dill pickle juice. 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese. (or your favorite).
Crumble cornbread in 9x13 pan. Add pinto beans, tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, and pickles.Mix Miracle Whip and pickle juice and spread over top. Cover with the cheese and put in refrigerator til ready to serve.This makes a wonderful potluck dish. Men love it !
