Japanese Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
3/4 stick butter, 1 c sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 c coconut, 1/2 c raisins, 1/2 c pecans, 1 teaspoon vinegar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake at 325 degrees from 45 minutes till an hour.
