Four to five pounds of lean beef sliced up 14 in. thick.
(I use bottom round.)
Mix these ingredients in a large bowl;
1 teaspoon Nature’s Seasoning
2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon pepper
8 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 cup soy sauce (or lite soy sauce)
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
Mix in the sliced beef.
Marinate meat for at lease two hours.
I dry mine in a dehydrator for about 10 hours. I restack the racks after 2 hours then let it run the last 8 hours.
