1/2 pound tubelli or ditallini pasta
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 cup mayonnaise
1/8 cup half and half
1/8 cup chopped onion
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
3 tablespoons sweet relish
2 teaspoons sugar
Cook pasta 6 minutes. Rinse and drain well. Combine all dressing ingredients. Add to pasta, celery and cheese in large bowl. Mix well.
Makes 1 quart.
Valentino's is the best Italian restaurant in our city. They have been in the business since the early 1960's. This pasta dish is on their buffet table.
