Pecan Cream Pie
Ingredients:
1 Prepared graham cracker crust
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
1 cup Maple Syrup (the real syrup)
1 to 1 1/2 TBSP finely chopped pecans,
toasted in 2 TBSP butter

Directions:
Put in a heavy saucepan and cook till
thick. I usually put my pecans in when
it just begins to boil. Pour into the
ready crust and let it cool. Serve with
Cool Whip. This is so good and rich, it
is like eating candy.
