So-Quick Seafood Chowder...
Ingredients:
12 oz. Fresh fish fillets.( such as salmon, orange roughy, or cod. 1/2 of a 24-oz.pkg.frozen hash browns potatoes with onions and peppers.(around 3 cups). 1,cup water. 1, 12-oz. can evaporated milk. 1, 10 3/4-oz. can condensed cream of shrimp or potato soup. 1/4 cup cooked bacon pieces. 2 tsp. snipped fresh dill or 3/4 tsp. dried dillweed. 1/4 tsp. pepper ( white optional for color.) 1, 2-oz. jar diced pimiento, drained.

Directions:
Cut fish into 1 inch pieces. set aside. In a large sauce pan combine hashbrown potatoes with onions and peppers. and water. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or till tender. Stir in evaporated milk, condensed soup, bacon, dill or dillweed, and pepper. Return to boiling. Add fish and pimiento, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes more or till fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
