1 cup dry grits
1 stick butter
1 roll garlic cheese
1/4 cup milk
Cook grits in 4 cups of salted water.
Slice cheese into cooked hot grits and stir until melted. Add butter and stir until melted. Mix eggs and milk together; add to grits and mix well.
Butter a large baking dish. Pour grits into dish and bake at 350 degree for 40 minutes.
Left overs warm up real good.
