Turkey Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bread crumbs
4 oz. mozzarella cheese(grated)
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Divide the meat loaf in half. Place half in the pan and put mozzeralla cheese on top of the mixture. Place the rest of mixture on top of cheese and seal edges. Spread 1/2 cup ketchup over the top. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or untill done.
We decided to put turkey into our diet. Found this recipe in a radio station cookbook. Tried the loaf one night for dinner. Baked it 1 hour. Tasted good and baked up firm.
