Drunk Chicken
Ingredients:
whole chicken(s), can(s) of beer,
seasoning,

Directions:
this can be done on a grill with low fire or a smoker...i've done it both ways.
choose young hens for best results.
thaw chickens in a safe manner, if frozen. season inside and outside of chicken with whatever type of seasoning you prefer. (i use rotisserie chicken seasoning, or creole seasoning, togeather or seperatly) place a half-full can of beer (or water)into the cavity of of chicken and place it into smoker or on grill sitting upright...cook for 3 to four hours at 180 to 200 degrees...if using smoker, keep water in the water pan, on grill it is good to spray with water occasionally. wood is your choice...i have used hickory, mesquite or wild cherry. all work quite well
