Ingredients: 4 med. fresh tomatoes or 2 cans 16 oz crushed tomatoes 1/4 cup of beacon grease 1 to 2 tablespoons flour or enough to thicken Dash of Black Pepper Directions: Heat beacon grease over med. heat until hot. Add flour, stirring constantly until lightly browned. Add tomatoes and pepper and let come to a boil. Cover and let set for about 5 minutes. Serve over rice or hot bisbuits.
