Per serving, the following is for one serving; 1/2 cup quaker oats
1/4 cup skim cottage cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4- egg whites
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend.
Get your favorite griddle hot 400 deg.
I use pam to coat griddle.
Pour batter onto griddle like normal pancakes.
Once cooked top them with sugar free maple syrup.
