1 (16 oz.) can of kernel corn (drained)
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1 stick melted butter
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread
1 cup cheese (your choice)
Mix all ingredients together, except the cheese. Place mixture in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 30 minutes. If you don't use cheese, bake casserole 45 minutes.
