Ingredients: 1 cup margarine 2 cups chopped onion 2 cups chopped celery 3 cups cooked chicken 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 small jar pimento 1/2 cup chopped or sliced green olives 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 pkg. 12-oz. spaghetti Parmesan cheese Directions: Melt margarine in a skillet. Saute celery and onion in margarine. Add chicken, soups, pimento, olives, salt, and pepper. Cook spaghetti in water. Drain. Add spaghetti to chicken mixture. Pour into a 9X13 glass casserole dish.
