Ingredients: 2 cups granulated sugar 5-6 large beaten eggs 1 cup milk 1 can evaporated milk 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 1/2 cups raisins 4 cups crumbled up old biscuits 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar 1/2 stick softened butter 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9X13 cake pan. Crumble biscuits in a large bowl, and set aside. Mix together granulated sugar, eggs, and both milks in a bowl; add vanilla, cinnamon and raisins. Pour over biscuits, stirring well, and then pour bread misture into prepared cake pan. In a small bowl, mix and crumble together brown sugar, butter, and pecans.
