5 pounds potatoes, peeled
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
Boil potatoes and drain. Mash, adding sour cream and cream cheese. If potatoes seem dry after mashing, you may add milk and butter. Spread in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
