Package of 6 chicken thighs, skinless.
Orange juice, enough to cover midway up the chicken thighs. (1/2 cup or more)
Bring this to boil on medium stove. Reduce heat and simmer (covered) on low for 45 minutes. The last 10-15 minutes you can uncover the skillet and let the juices thicken naturally. My husband & I just cooked this uncovered, and it was still good.
