Butter Milk Pancakes W/ Syrup
Ingredients:
ButterMilk Pancakes for one person
1 egg - beat well
1 Tbls Sugar
2 pinches of salt
1 Tbls Oleo
1/2 Cup Buttermilk
(add more later for thinner pancakes)
1/3 Tsp baking soda ( you might experiment around a bit w/ this measurement - I like mine thinner w/ this amt.)
1/measurement of flour until you get your desired mixture.
(less flour, the thinner)

Directions:
Mix lightly.
Pour mixture on to a very hot oiled iron skillet.
Let cook until observed bubbles, then flip once.
Also, heat up a good dash of 'real' Maple syrup and mix in some brown sugar and water w/ a touch of butter - heat and mix to boiling.
You can use extra just by storing and re-heating what you made the last time.
Goes great w/ sausage and a cold to frozen pitcher w/ milk added just before meal time.
