Perfect Pie Crust
Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups shotening(scant)
1 egg
5 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon vinegar

Directions:
Cut shortening into flour and salt with pastry blender until it looks like fine crumbs.Mix together egg,vinegar and cold water,than add to flour mixture and mix lightly with a fork.Wrap in waxpaper and refrigerate 15 minutes.This will make 3 crust for 9' pie.***I use the food processor,but you will need to be careful not to over process.
