2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 bell pepper (chopped)
3 green onions (chopped)
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Cook cornbread mix according to package directions.
Cool and crumble.
Mix all ingredients and set in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
