Blackberry Cream Pie
Ingredients:
4 Cups Berries
2/3 Cup sugar
4 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can carnation or milnot milk( regular size)
1 - 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl, pour into pie shell and bake at 375 to 400 for 45 min to 1 hour.
pie will puff in center when done, like a pecan pie.
If using frozen berries, thaw and drain all juice before mixing.
This was my mother-in-laws, my husbands favorite.
