flour 1/4 cup
salt 1 teaspoon
pepper 2 teaspoon
milk 2 cups <
cook sausage in a cast iron skillet smashing sausage untill its separated
add flour to grease and sausage at same time untill it is a little pasty may take alittle more or less flour depending on type of sausage
add milk then increase temp. to high stirring continuously. add all of the seasonings decreasing heat after gravy begins to thicken maintain low heat and perhaps adding a little more milk if necessary for thinner gravy.
