2 pounds lean ground beef
2 large onions cut into chunks
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
approximately 4 cups water, more if needed
3 beef boulion cubes
over medium heat, using a 4 quart pot cook hamburger and onions until done, sprinkle with garlic, pepper, and salt, add water and boulion cubes bring to a boil. Mix 1 cup cold water and 1/2 cup flour until smooth, pour slowly, stirring with wire whip to keep from getting lumpy, into hamburger mixture Heat until thickened. Great over baked potato.
Best served with green beans as a vegetable.
