Fresh peaches to fill 9 x 11 glass pan or;
2 Large cans of sugar free peaches.
1 box of Butter Pecan cake mix
1 to 1 1/2 sticks of Parkay, melted
In a 9 X 11 glass baking dish, put your
fresh peaches (or 2 large cans of sugar
free peaches, drained, or may use regular canned peaches, depending on your sweet tooth!)
Pour in a little of the peach juice from
the canned to just cover the peaches.
Sprinkle Butter Pecan cake mix over top
Drizzle melted Parkay over
top of cake mix.
Bake approx. 350 for l
hr. or until top is golden brown.
(Juices can bubble over, so you may
want to put something underneath to
catch it.) <
