Porcupine Meatballs
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup long-grain rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shortening in skillet
1-15 oz can pizza sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 tablespoons Worcestershire

Directions:
Combine beef, rice, onion, egg, and salt. Make into 24-30 meatballs. Brown meatballs on all sides in hot shortening. Place browned meatballs into crockpot or slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cook on Low for 4-6 hours, stirring once in awhile. Serves 4-6.
