2-Broiler-fryer chickens, cut into
serving size pieces.
1/2 cup butter ( melted ).
1-egg slightly beaten
1-cup pecans ( ground ) .
1 Tablespoon paprika
1/8 - teaspoon pepper
1/4-cup sesame seeds
Melt your butter in a 13×19×2 in.baking
dish. Mix buttermilk with egg in a
shallow dish. Mix flour, ground pecans,
paprika, salt, pepper and sesame seeds in
another shallow baking dish. Dip chicken
in buttermilk mixture and then in flour
mixture. Place skin side chicken down in
melted butter in baking dish. Then turn
to coat . Bake in moderate oven 350 deg.1
3/4 hours or until chicken is tender and
golden brown. Garnish with parsley.
