4# to 8# of stew beef,
5# carrots, 4 medium taters, 6 medium onions, head of cabbage, 4 cans green beans, 2 cans corn, can red beans, celery, brussel sprouts, 2 qts of water.
Optional ingred---; maters, peas and anything else ya'll want.
Cube up the beef, scrape carrots, peel taters, maters [if used].
Throw all this in a big pressure cooker and cook it slowly until it starts 'spout'n off' and then cook another 15 to 30 minutes.
Purty good eatin.
