4 bananas (more, or less, depending upon how many people are eating).
Basically one banana per person.
Peel bananas and scrape to remove the coarse threads.
Cut each one in half and again lengthwise, to make 4 pieces of each banana.
Roll each piece of banana in flour, then fry in hot fat or oil just until browned on each side.
Do not brown too dark or cook too long.
