Ingredients: one chopped onion three quarter cup catsup one half cup apple cider vinegar one tsp tabasco one quarter cup worcestshire sauce two tblsps wet mustard yellow one half tsp garlic powder one cup water mix pour over shoulder chops in shallow pan so chops will brown. Bake at 350 until nice and brown. serve with mashed potatos. My aunt nellie who was 96 gave me this recipe in 1950 in Witherbee, ny in the Adirondack Mountains that shall remain Forever Wild.
