Ingredients:
6 Large mushrooms
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 t. onion, chopped
salt & pepper to taste.
1/2 t. paprika
2 T. lemon juice
butter,melted. Directions:
Peel mushrooms and remove stems. Chop up stems and mix them with crumbs, onion, seasonings and lemon juice. Pour in enough butter to moisten mixture. Brush mushrooms with butter and place cap side down on a baking sheet. Fill rounding-full with mixture. Bake at 375 degrees until mushrooms are tender and black.
