Ingredients: 1 chicken 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can evaporated milk 1 bag broad egg noodles small chopped onion small piece bell pepper chopped Season to taste (I use Tony Chacere's Cajun Seasoning) Directions: Boil chicken in large soup pot with half filled with water,add onions,peppers, and seasoning. when chicken is tender,remove from pot set aside to cool.Add cream of mushroom and cream of chicken, stir til well mixed ,when it comes to a boil add noodles.While noodles are cooking, debone chicken and cut up to bite size pieces and add to pot, stir well and enjoy.
