Ingredients: Four to five pounds of lean beef sliced up 14 in. thick. (I use bottom round.) Mix these ingredients in a large bowl; 1 teaspoon Nature’s Seasoning 2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon pepper 8 teaspoon liquid smoke 1 cup soy sauce (or lite soy sauce) 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce Directions: Mix in the sliced beef.
