Quick Biscuit Recipe
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 stick softened butter
1 cup milk

Directions:
sift first three
cut in fourth until crumbly
experiment with milk from 3/4 to 1 cup milk mixed in. Do not overstir.
Roll out on floured surface 1 inch thick and cut with soup can.
Bake at 425, 10 to 15 minutes.
I try not to overwork the dough when mixing or rolling out. Baking time as with the milk can be experemented with to your personal liking. Enjoy
