4 Fresh Eggs
2 cups sugar
1 carton half and half
6 cups milk
4 cups cream-[we used the thick cream from cheese store.]
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients well. Empty into container from ice cream freezer and freeze as your freezer directs.
You can add chocolate chips, nuts, flavorings, or different fruits.
Note; This is a raw egg recipe, awesome, but important to know for those with egg allergy.
