1 cup flour
1/2 c. oats (I like Old Fashioned oats)
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teasp. salt (or omit)
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons butter
Combine dry ingredients in bowl; stir. Beat eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients. Melt butter on griddle or T-Fal pan to grease, and use the extra butter to pour in the batter.
Pour 1/3 cup batter onto hot buttered surface for each pancake, adding butter
as needed. Brown until bubbles form and hold on surface. Turn and brown other side. Makes 6. Serve w/syrup.
Variations; stir in;
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
