Egg Bake For Breakfast/Brunch Crowd
Ingredients:
2 doz. eggs
1 lb. pork sausage, ground or cut links
1 lb. bacon, diced
2 12 oz.cans mushrooms, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 Tablespoons Baking soda
8-10 slices bread, torn
2 1/2 cups milk
24 oz. bag marble cheddar

Directions:
Brown bacon,pork sausage, onion, green pepper. Season to taste. Let cool. Whip eggs, milk, torn bread, baking soda, mushrooms and cheese. Add meat to the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Grease 12 x 24 x 2 pan and fill with mixture. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for another 20 minutes or until eggs are firm and brown.
