2-4 Chicken Thighs
about 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats, Quaker (guess)
4 Tablespoons Parkay sliced a Tablespoon
Oven 350 degrees.
Place chicken thighs in foil and place in casserole or small bake pan. (Easier cleanup). Pour raw oats to cover all chicken thighs until all covered. Dot each chicken thigh with 1 Tablespoon of Parkay.
Bake for 45 min. to one hour until done at 350.
(I saw this made once by first rolling chicken pieces in egg and milk mixture first, but this goes so much faster.)
To make this Heart Healthy or Cholesterol lowering, I dot each chicken piece with Benecol or diet margarine. Enjoy! My husband said nobody makes chicken like this!
