Flour, unbleached, 1-2 cups
1 PARKAY stick cut into 8 tablespoons
slice heart starting at the small tip in rings, under 1/4 inch. Shake each ring in a paper sack of unlbeached flour. Place each floured ring in 2 T. melted Parkay in medium high non-stick skillet; turn down to low or med. low and brown on each side for 15 minutes. Then turn them again for 5 minutes to brown and turn again for the last 5 minutes til done in middle. Can cover the last 5 minutes to be done in the middle. [Add 1 T Parkay at any time if pan gets dry. Most of the time I use up to 1/2 stick or 4T. PARKAY.] The secret to most of my country cookin is Parkay stick marg.
