Slow-Cooker Venison Chops, Deer Burger
Ingredients:
Venison chops or deer burger -one pound;
Creamy White Italian Dressing

If you cannot find Creamy White Italian Dressing, a good substitute is to take a partial pkg. of Hidden Valley Ranch BUTTERMILK dressing salad
packet and sprinkle a little bit on top of venison.

Directions:
Pour water to cover just the bottom of small slow cooker.Put venison in slow cooker. Pour 1-2 T or 1/4c of Creamy White Italian dressing over venison, more or less to your liking (sugar, fat content in dressing)
approx. 2 hrs. on high setting. Stir at least once or twice. I have used both types of salad dressings, yum!
