Bad Birdy Chili
Ingredients:
3-4 lbs of ground venison (deer makes the
best chili)
6-7 yellow onions diced
4 cans of Ranch Style beans
10-12 tablespoons of chili powder
3-4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons ground black pepper
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
15-20 sliced jalapenos
3 diced habeneros
2 small cans tomato paste
3 cans of diced fire roasted tomatos with
garlic

Directions:
My measurements are approximate. I just put
stuff in there till it looks about right. You can
adjust it to your taste, but I like it hot enough
to make your nose run a little. Brown the
ground meat, add the onions and let them
cook together till the onions are carmelized a
little...then add the jalapenos, habeneros, and
the other peppers/seasonings...take that
mixture and put it in a pot and dump the
other stuff in with it and let it simmer for a
while...best chili I ve ever had. Take some corn
chips and toss em in the bottom of a bowl,
cover them with the chili and top it with tons
of shredded cheese and a dollop of sour
cream. good stuff!
