How private are these ISP addresses we use? I mean can two or more people have the same ISP number or are they a personnal ID # kinda thing? Like if two different names are coming from the same # it's probably the same person? Just wondering out loud.:)

ISP=Internet Service Provider.
IP addresses are either static(one specific address always) or dynamic(different address each time you log on the net). Just depends on the server setup.

"Like if two different names are coming from the same # it's probably the same person?"

Not really. That just shows where the person entered the internet. Now the ISP can track that to the actually user by knowing the log on time, etc.

is it that line of numbers after my email address?

Yes that is your IP address. Yours is dynamic, changes each time you get on line. But I still know you are an AOL user.
