when my girls were teenagers I would let them help with making firewood stacking iy for me. About 15/20 mimutes of this activity boys would start gathering around. I would leasurely take my time hand splitting my wood, they're watching. `For long the boys want to try their hand swinging my sledge or mall. One not to deprive theyounger male generation to develope muscle, i would let them.
It was amazing how much would I could split in them days without a lot of personal effort. Those were some days.
Now, it's Jail Break (a horizontally strpipped black`n'white cat) sitting on my shoulder keeping my ear warm while a fume spouting hyd-spliter helps me these days.
Somehow, it just doesn't quite feel the same.
