Being borned and raised up in Georgia I have had the experience of all the best foods. Having traveled all over the US and trying different folks food I still find myself yearning for that down home Georgia cuisine. Of course there are those which I really like outside of my general area such as Cajun, which I love and Texas BBQ which is very good but somehow always find myself thinking of a good back home meal. One which stands out more than others which got me thru during my years at home with my parents was good ole Baked Georgia Possum. I'm 6'2" weigh 248 lbs 52 years old and can still bench press 375 lbs and I attribute that to this good food we have here. If some of you would like the recipe for baked possum let me know and I'll post it. Good eating.........

we usually don't get beaver tails anymore but a young fella at the cafe claimed he snared 4 of them so maybe we'll get a tail. durn good eating if it's skinned and baked right. outside of hefting loaded forks i'm not into weights much. :)
