Yep, I read about that and his logic is hosed. His logic is that there are so many foreign born people over her now that we should change it. Well percentage wise there were a lot more foreign born over here back when this was placed in the constitution. Ahhnuld just wants to be president :)

Orrin Hatch is an idiot. He comes up with some of the worst and strangest ideas. He is also anti-gun.

I dunno Hoss. Not to be Prez. Not now in this day and age of Terrorism. Beside, I don't think anybody would vote for them, at least not many. I wouldn't (recent immigrants) No... BTW, why haven't you been on Tales lately? :^D

Every President of the United States has been born in The United States of America or "Colonys" that became States of the USA!

And the Constitution allowed for that in Article II Section 1. The exemption from being native born applied only to those who were alive and citizens of the United States at the time of the adoption of the Constitution.

I read that    Posted 02-22-2004 at 19:56:24       [Reply]  [No Email]
guess we have gotten so many immigrants here, all the politicans think they better go all the way with them. As for the tough governor, he sure is treading lightly on the queer marriage fiasco going on in SF. The mayor and the rest of the city faggots should have been arrested for breaking state law, and nipped this in the bud before it got to where it is today. Are there ANY strong law a biding people out there to turn this country around from the slime pit it is becoming? Not when our judges are throwing out all the good laws for whatever no good reason at all.
REt guess my sore feet has affected my mind tonight
