Moved from northern Minnesota to CO. 6 years ago, and dont miss that stuff a bit! Wife looked at me one day when it was -35 and asked if we intended to grow old there. Enough said!!

Hmm, seems like yer "trip from heck" pictures look a lot like my vacation pictures used to. Wonder why my wife doesn't let me pick vacation destinations anymore?

I was in Houston about Jan.13 and it was 32 degrees early in the morning,got all the way up to 42.When we got to NM ,big snowstorm there with a - 33 chill factor.. When we left home on Jan 11 in NE WI it was 34 degrees at 7 AM. was glad to get home.I went south to be warm!!
